Responsibilities
- Build user-facing features and improve front-end architecture.
- Optimize application performance for faster, more reliable product experiences.
- Analyze interfaces, components, and user flows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to design and implement features.
- Improve code review processes and apply front-end development best practices.
- Support production web applications across new and legacy codebases.
- Collaborate with teammates of varying experience levels on technical projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Solid knowledge of and experience with React.
- Experience writing production software.
- Experience working on a platform with multiple services.
- Ability to work and solve problems independently.
- Strong collaboration, documentation, communication, and customer focus.
- Motivation to solve complex technical problems and improve existing codebases.
Nice-to-haves
- Production experience with Golang and Ruby.
- Experience on an engineering enablement or platform team.
- Experience contributing to engineering-wide initiatives.
Compensation
- Contract is CLT and paid in BRL.
- Compensation is intended to be fair and competitive, with pay bands informed by market data.
- Base salaries are reviewed periodically, typically during annual performance reviews or promotion cycles.
