Sales Development Representative
Generate and qualify new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe while partnering with Account Executives and communicating the company’s logistics platform to prospects. The role requires fluent Flemish and English, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and some sales or commercial experience.

Responsibilities
- Identify and create new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe.
- Work with Account Executives across Europe to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
- Demonstrate the value of Flexport’s offering through phone calls, email, and social media.
- Shadow and support Account Executives in meetings and related activities.
- Build consultative sales skills and learn how global trade and supply chains operate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Some sales or commercial experience.
- Commercially minded, solution-oriented, and eager to learn and develop sales skills.
- Strong communication and customer empathy skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective customers by phone and presenting solutions to their needs.
- Fluent spoken and written Flemish and English.
- Ability to work in a quickly adapting technology environment.
