About the role

Responsibilities

  • Advise and implement full-stack solutions using Retool
  • Help partners deliver best-in-class services to customers and scale product impact
  • Develop new service offerings based on customer/market need
  • Assist with scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements
  • Serve as a thought partner to customers building complex internal tools
  • Assist with partner enablement and certification
  • Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
  • Work collaboratively with strong communication skills for teaching complex concepts
  • Identify and proactively manage risk areas through to resolution
  • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python
  • Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
  • Passion for leveraging technology to solve business problems creatively
  • Exceptional technical communication skills for translating requirements between business and technical teams
  • Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time solutions
  • Comfortable with open-ended problem-solving in unstructured environments
