What You'll Be Working On
Documentation Management: Organizing, managing, and updating project-related documents to ensure version control and accessibility.
Design & Submittal Review Coordination: Create, track, and manage access to multiple design & submittal review processes in parallel.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule and facilitate recurring and ad hoc project team meetings and design reviews, prepare agendas, capture salient points and actions, and distribute follow-ups with clear owners and due dates using established action item tracking tools and processes.
Budget & Cost Tracking: Maintain project cost trackers and support the preparation of project financial summaries.
Procurement Tracking: Coordinate across multiple supply chain category managers to drive consolidated, project-specific procurement trackers.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing coordination workflows and help build the systems, automations, and templates that will scale the Spark program, leveraging AI-driven workflows where appropriate.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or document control functions, ideally in a related physical-world and technical industry.
PM Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one scheduling tool (Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar), one project management tool (preferably Jira), and one or more document control & review systems (BlueBeam, ProCore). Comfortable building and maintaining trackers and dashboards from scratch.
Organizational Mastery & Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to not only create and maintain organizational structures, but also create the process documentation and training for end users and your customers. You catch details that others miss and seek clarification to fill in the gaps.
Communication Skills: Clear, concise written and verbal communication. You can take complex information and distill it into organized summaries for different audiences without losing accuracy.
Bias Toward Action Balanced with Sound Judgement: You demonstrate a bias toward action by identifying what’s needed, make reasonable assumptions, confirm with the right people, and get moving.
Team Collaboration: Must be a dedicated team player, willing to take on additional roles and responsibilities as needed to support project success.
Positive Attitude & Eagerness to Learn: Exhibits a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience supporting multiple project managers simultaneously across concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with data center, modular infrastructure, or energy deployment environments.
- Experience with pre-construction or construction administration.
- Exposure to procurement or supply chain tracking for hardware or capital equipment.

Compensation Range: Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $110,000 - $135,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
