About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrations product roadmap, prioritizing customer value, ARR impact, and scalability.
  • Define and maintain API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards.
  • Partner with the Integrations Architect to evolve integration frameworks and the marketplace, from configuration through monitoring.
  • Lead competitive and technology benchmarking for developer experience, speed, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Field, GTM, and Customer Success teams to translate customer and market needs into product requirements.
  • Drive integration packaging, pricing, and positioning.
  • Improve developer experience through simpler configuration, documentation, and self-service capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows, agentic experiences, and conversational AI in integrations.
  • Define and track integration success metrics to inform roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Represent the customer and align the roadmap with evolving ecosystems and technology trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; an MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience for SaaS or cloud platforms, including at least 4+ years focused on integrations, APIs, or data platforms.
  • Proven success defining and launching API-first products, integration frameworks, or marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of API and data model design, including REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS tools; hands-on Workato experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, GTM, and customer teams to launch complex integration products.
  • Familiarity with LLM-enabled tools, agentic workflows, and integration-driven automation.
  • Appreciation for developer experience, documentation, and self-service tooling.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and storytelling skills.

  • Experience bringing AI-powered product capabilities to market.
  • Experience with integration packaging and monetization.
  • Experience with embedded iPaaS products, such as Workato Embedded.
