About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams by understanding workflows and offering tailored AI integration guidance.
  • Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Customer Success Managers and Account Executives for expansion and renewals.
  • Surface adoption obstacles with legal empathy and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Translate legal needs into feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Monitor usage trends, identify risks/opportunities, and re-engage users.
  • Contribute to customer-facing content like training materials and use case guides.
  • Support Harvey's credibility as the leading AI platform for lawyers.

What You Have

  • JD or equivalent legal qualification.
  • At least 3 years practicing law at a top-tier law firm (Vault 50 or equivalent), preferably corporate law or litigation.
  • Executive engagement skills and relationship-building with decision makers.
  • Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
  • Curiosity about AI in legal industry.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience (plus).

Compensation

Expected total compensation: $210,000-240,000 OTE (80/20 split), plus equity eligibility. Starting salary based on skills, experience, and location.
