Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership to improve visibility into financial performance, forecast accuracy, and product roadmap investment efficiency.
Prepare recurring reporting, perform variance analyses, and translate data into actionable insights for R&D stakeholders.
Develop and manage R&D operating expenses and cost of goods sold related to headcount, workforce planning, location strategy, AI, SaaS, and infrastructure spending.
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and build financial models to inform operating strategies and recommendations.
Drive process improvements through AI and automation to streamline recurring workflows and deliverables.
Collaborate with Procurement and Sourcing, Accounting, People, Talent, IT, and Corporate Finance teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of work experience, ideally in investment banking, consulting, accounting, or corporate finance.
Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to learning and process improvement.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Anaplan or Pigment.
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
SQL familiarity.
Compensation
Annual pay range: $62,325–$138,700 USD.
Starting pay considers work location, skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
The compensation range may change based on business needs.
