Responsibilities
- Rapidly design, prototype, and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Consult with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify high-impact opportunities.
- Reduce recurring user needs into primitives, platforms, or middleware that support multiple use cases.
- Build tools that maximize autonomy and creative freedom for less-technical users.
- Make product and prioritization decisions.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback to improve the user experience.
- Learn new tools, frameworks, and domains as the product evolves.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally full-stack.
- Ability to independently take a product from idea to launch.
- Systems and abstraction-oriented thinking.
- Focus on user empowerment and measurable outcomes.
- Comfort making decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete information.
- High standards and strong self-direction.
- Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience building platforms, primitives, or internal tools used by others.
- Track record of independently shipping products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $320,000–$405,000 USD.
