Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engineering strategies that enable rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to optimize growth metrics and support core product initiatives.
- Architect and build scalable systems for onboarding flows, personalization engines, and viral loops.
- Implement A/B testing and data instrumentation to measure experiments accurately.
- Use automation and machine learning to optimize engagement, reduce churn, and personalize user experiences.
- Produce clean, structured, documented code and implement cross-browser, pixel-perfect designs.
- Maintain code quality, automation, and continuous delivery.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability through engineering best practices.
- Communicate progress and blockers with stakeholders and participate effectively in a global team.
- Give and receive constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience using AI tools for code generation, debugging, and productivity optimization.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of industry experience in frontend or full-stack development building large-scale applications.
- Proficiency with JavaScript (ES6)/TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and at least one backend language: Ruby/Rails, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with AWS or GCP and REST APIs.
- Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing platforms.
- Familiarity with growth frameworks and viral loops.
- Strong UX and product sense, including MVP definition.
- Attention to performance, accessibility, and scalability.
Nice-to-haves
- Growth experience at a startup or scaling product.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools such as Braze or HubSpot, or marketing automation.
