Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

Enterprise product ownership

• Own product surfaces from discovery through delivery across identity, access, governance, APIs, observability, environments, and enterprise integrations.
• Ship high-quality TypeScript features across the stack, balancing usability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Partner with Product to translate complex enterprise customer needs into clear scopes, technical trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.

Full-stack platform and product delivery

• Build customer-facing experiences in Vue or React for administrators, developers, and enterprise users.
• Develop scalable Node.js services and APIs for authentication, permissions, workflow lifecycle management, observability, integrations, and partner use cases.
• Work across frontend and backend codebases to deliver complex product capabilities.

Secure, scalable enterprise foundations

• Build authentication, provisioning, role-based access control, credential infrastructure, and secrets management capabilities.
• Contribute to environments, source control, versioning, testing, CI/CD validation, and deployment workflows.
• Improve governance, observability, auditability, and runtime controls.

APIs, integrations, and extensibility

• Build enterprise-grade integrations, nodes, SDK capabilities, and execution patterns for automation at scale.
• Design APIs, embedded capabilities, and multi-instance management features for partners, developers, and large customers.
• Instrument features end to end to measure impact, debug behavior, and improve reliability.

Requirements

• Full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript experience delivering customer-facing frontend and backend features.
• Product-minded engineering focused on users, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Vue or React.
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS requirements for security, reliability, scalability, auditability, and administrative control.
• Experience building or operating high-traffic SaaS systems.
• Experience owning metrics and instrumentation.
• Ability to work autonomously in small-to-medium-sized teams and navigate ambiguity.
• Collaborative approach, including code reviews, documentation, and mentorship.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SSO, SAML, OIDC, LDAP, MFA, SCIM, RBAC, permissions, secrets management, or credential infrastructure.
• Experience with environments, Git-based workflows, versioning, testing, CI/CD, release controls, or approval gates.
• Experience building integrations, APIs, SDKs, automation platforms, or developer tooling.
• Experience with audit logs, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, SIEM integrations, admin controls, usage insights, or runtime policies.
• Experience with embeddable products, partner platforms, multi-instance management, air-gapped deployments, or enterprise developer portals.
• Open-source contributions, side projects, or participation in developer communities.
