Responsibilities
University Recruiting & Programs (60%)
Build and execute recruiting program strategies that grow recruiting pipelines and create strong candidate experiences, including employee referral and intern programs.
Partner with the University Recruiting team on recruiting initiatives and events that expand the program and provide best-in-class experiences.
Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, identify bottlenecks, and report on program effectiveness.
Support ad hoc programs and projects for the recruiting team as the organization scales.
Employer Branding (40%)
Partner with Marketing on recruiting marketing initiatives, social media strategy, and event programming.
Own the employer brand across LinkedIn, the careers page, and blogs to attract top talent.
Manage the recruiting presence at events and conferences.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in university recruiting, recruiting program management, or a highly cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment.
Proven track record of designing and scaling recruiting programs.
Comfort with ambiguity and complexity, including building programs from scratch.
Strong analytical instincts and ability to use data to evaluate program health, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
Willingness to travel to conferences and events to represent the company.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with employer branding, recruiting marketing, or large-scale event management.
Experience building relationships with external organizations to grow partnerships.
Compensation & Benefits
US base salary range: $155,000–$195,000, plus equity and benefits.
