Responsibilities
Plan and execute linear TV and streaming buys across national, local, cable, CTV, and premium inventory. Sports and premium placements are an added bonus.
Optimize campaigns using real-time data from Tatari’s platform, monitoring performance, inventory clearance, audience trends, and the competitive landscape.
Partner with client management teams to turn performance insights into clear recommendations that help clients scale efficiently and understand the impact of their media investments.
Lead client conversations with confidence, present strategic recommendations for the plans, answer complex media questions, and clearly communicate performance, pricing, and planning decisions.
Source and negotiate unique buying opportunities, including discounted inventory, custom client packages, and upfront deals.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in TV and video media buying and planning; programmatic or platform trading experience is a plus.
Deep understanding of the TV and streaming landscape, including networks, publishers, programming, and the media calendar, with the ability to turn that knowledge into strategic media plans.
Proven success scaling TV campaigns by using performance KPIs to drive smarter, more efficient buying decisions.
Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and how TV, programmatic, data, and measurement work together.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to combine data-driven analysis and strategic storytelling for clients and internal teams.
Comfortable learning new technologies quickly, including proprietary tools like Tatari’s platform.
Highly analytical, with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience working with measurement tools, performance data, and reporting.
