Requires experience engineering building/industrial controls, reading/writing sequences of operations, reviewing integrator work, and debugging from points lists.
Serve as the on-site controls engineering lead for high-speed data center construction, verifying installations, supporting point-to-point testing, resolving integration issues, and maintaining accurate field documentation to deliver gigawatts of AI compute capacity in months. Requires hands-on experience with industrial or mission-critical controls systems.
Own fire protection engineering for data center sites, including design reviews of sprinklers and detection systems, field support, AHJ coordination, and fast RFI/code question resolution. Requires commercial/industrial FPE experience, hydraulic calc review, and AHJ testing background.
