Field Support Representative
Provides onsite and remote technical support, training, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Skydio's UAS products to defense and government customers. Requires 3+ years UAS field support experience, strong problem-solving, and up to 80% global travel.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams to become an expert on Skydio’s products, processes, specifications, and product roadmap.
- Develop field support processes that define and accelerate escalation and debugging workflows.
- Reduce technical escalations into engineering by developing triage and resolution techniques.
- Become a certified Skydio UAS Operator and Trainer.
- Provide on-the-job training to customers in maintenance, operation, repair, troubleshooting, and inspection of UAS aircraft and equipment.
- Develop or improve written inspection procedures, drawings, and instructions for fleet maintenance.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers and initiate corrective actions for maintenance, repair, and replacement issues.
Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 80%+ globally to provide field support to Federal and Defense customers.
- 3+ years experience as a Field Support Representative operating, repairing, and maintaining UAS for large clients, preferably government or military.
- Adept at technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, triage, and escalation workflows.
- Assertive self-starter with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- OCONUS (deployed) military experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with RMA, spares, logistics, or repair workflows preferred.
- Experience in Linux operating systems preferred.
- Experience with military standard maintenance practices preferred.
- Existing or prior security clearance preferred.
Compensation
- Annual base salary range: $100,000 - $130,000.
