Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own and champion an entire product area, focusing on rapidly delivering value to customers
• Dive into user research to understand pain points, gather insights, and validate design decisions
• Team up with stakeholders to craft a long-term vision and direction for the product
• Inspire fellow designers, collaborate to refine design processes, and elevate the team through workshops, documentation, and constructive design feedback
• Proactively seek opportunities to create lasting impact

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or complex problem spaces
• Strong design portfolio showcasing design skills and thoughtful solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and PMs
• Well-rounded design background with deep knowledge in one or more areas of product design
• Strategic product mindset aligning design decisions with business goals
• Curious, eager to learn, and excited to dive into new challenges

Compensation & Benefits

• $123,500 - $166,500 salary range
