About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 0→1 initiatives: Take new platform ideas from concept to launch to scaled adoption.
  • Own cross-functional execution: Partner with Sales, Ops, Product, and Leadership to align strategy and drive results.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, including positioning, pricing, early customer adoption, and scaling plans.
  • Translate customer insight into product direction, blending data, intuition, and experimentation.
  • Build and refine operating playbooks that can be reused and scaled across Elise’s core business.
  • Drive decisions under uncertainty, prioritizing speed, learning, and impact over perfection.
  • Influence and lead without authority, motivating teams toward action and results.
  • Report directly into senior leadership, with high visibility and ownership over outcomes.
  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $150,000 - $250,000.
