Responsibilities
- Lead implementations of new client eligibility and claims data integration feeds
- Own maintenance and improvement of existing eligibility and claims data integration feeds
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Collaborate with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues for renewing clients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes
Requirements
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a drive for root-cause problem solving
- 0 - 5 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837, custom flat files)
- Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP, encryption standards (e.g., PGP), and file transformation/mapping
- Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and externally with partners
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to get hands-on with complex work
- Passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for members and clients

Compensation
- Base salary range: $54,000 - $70,000
