About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term relationships within high-value enterprise accounts to broaden Fleetio's penetration and deepen product usage.
  • Uncover expansion opportunities and demonstrate strategic/financial value.
  • Drive ARR expansion by aligning products with customer goals and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Achieve NRR objectives through managing renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Partner with Customer Success team to maximize product adoption, value, and satisfaction.
  • Communicate and present product demonstrations virtually or in person.
  • Serve as thought leader providing industry insights, trends, and challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales and Enterprise Account Management experience with track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience owning customer relationships throughout customer lifecycle (onboarding to expansion)
  • Track record of uncovering business objectives, building multi-threaded senior-level relationships, articulating ROI to enterprises
  • Experience addressing C-Suite executives, operations managers, sales executives
  • Comfort with up to 30% travel to view customer operations
  • Keen sense of timing, strong presentation skills, confidence to push back
  • Results-driven, organized, thrives under pressure
  • Resourceful, determined, excited by technology
  • Ability to work in high-paced, rapidly changing organization
