Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of communications for the Office of the President, including media relations, speaking engagements, public appearances, employee communications, stakeholder engagement, social media, planning, and personal branding.
- Build and scale the broader executive communications program, creating playbooks, central messaging pillars, and training frameworks to uplevel spokesperson readiness across leadership.
- Translate complex technical concepts (AI, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure) into engaging narratives for mainstream business audiences and media while maintaining technical rigor for developer audiences.
- Champion and integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows for research, drafting, iteration, and scaling executive content.
- Manage end-to-end preparation for executive appearances, events, and communications engagements.
- Craft compelling executive messaging, narratives, keynotes, op-eds, and content across internal and external channels.
- Partner with executive admin team on calendar and trip alignment; collaborate with PR, IR, and Employee Comms stakeholders to curate strategic brand narratives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in executive communications for CEOs, top C-level public-company leaders, or international public figures.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to both highly technical audiences (developers, IT leaders) and mainstream business/consumer audiences.
- Demonstrable experience utilizing AI productivity and writing tools to scale executive communications workflows.
- Experience building communication programs or initiatives from the ground up, with strong project management across multiple global teams.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills with a tailored approach to crafting storylines, speeches, and presentations.
- Creative, hardworking, proactive, agile, and highly organized; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading initiatives across international teams with willingness to travel regularly.

Compensation
For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $226,000 - $310,000. Role is eligible for equity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), flexible PTO, parental leave, and more (full details in original posting).
