Own the vision, roadmap, adoption, and quality of Anthropic’s company-wide AI-native collaboration platform. The role requires demonstrated product impact, experience with frontier AI and enterprise constraints, strong judgment, and the ability to establish PM practices.

Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and 3–6 month strategy for a company-wide internal collaboration platform.
- Own adoption, engagement, and satisfaction outcomes; establish metrics, instrumentation, and attribution.
- Prioritize the roadmap against competing demand and communicate tradeoffs.
- Lead a dedicated engineering team from discovery through launch; write specifications, make product decisions, and maintain delivery velocity.
- Set a high quality bar for the platform.
- Drive parallel workstreams covering collaboration primitives, Claude-agent integration, and integrations with Slack, Google Workspace, Claude Support, and other internal systems.
- Design for evolving frontier-model capabilities and treat Claude as a participant in collaboration.
- Partner with Research, Labs, and Claude product teams.
- Own safety, privacy, and data-handling tradeoffs for company-wide information.
- Conduct customer discovery, dogfooding, and structured feedback loops across engineering, research, GTM, G&A, and leadership.
- Establish product-management practices, artifacts, rituals, and standards within Business Technology.
- Uplevel engineering, IT, and business stakeholders on outcomes and customer problems.
- Contribute to product-manager hiring and recruiting.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of shipping products and delivering measurable outcomes affecting company-wide goals.
- Experience driving company-wide initiatives to completion and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong product judgment, clarity in ambiguous situations, and ability to make difficult tradeoffs.
- Experience building products that leverage frontier or newly emerging AI model capabilities.
- Experience navigating safety, privacy, and data-handling tradeoffs.
- Deep, systematic customer understanding and discovery practice.
- Ability to improve product-management craft and develop cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building or scaling collaboration, workflow, or productivity platforms for large user bases.
- Experience operating within or partnering closely with IT and Security organizations.
- Product experience spanning consumer-grade polish and enterprise constraints such as identity, permissions, data classification, and auditability.
- Hands-on experience building products with Claude or other frontier models.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $385,000–$460,000 USD
