Implementation Consultant, Audit

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers and maintain regular engagement from sales handoff through value realization.
• Create implementation plans outlining customer goals and required activities; review progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Cultivate customer champions and expand their knowledge of Fieldguide.
• Advocate for customers by coordinating with Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Communicate customer needs internally to help shape the product roadmap, processes, and onboarding programs.
• Identify implementation risks proactively and develop action plans to mitigate them.
• Document customer value through case studies, use cases, and success metrics.
• Track customer progress against adoption plans and measure value realization over time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology or workpaper review; or 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar role.
• Experience at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup preferred.
• Strong consulting skills and a record of driving business value for customers as a trusted advisor.
• Project management proficiency, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with limited oversight.
• Professional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage several customers simultaneously.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence change.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Bias toward action and ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Ability to work effectively as a collaborative, mission-focused team member.
