Senior Operations Technology Product Designer
Leads end-to-end product design for Lyft’s micromobility operations technology and rider experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role requires 6+ years of UX/UI or HCI experience, strong user research and prototyping skills, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Solve problems, think big, and explore divergent concepts while understanding how to converge and build iteratively toward a vision.
- Plan strategically and think tactically with product and engineering partners to define the team’s future.
- Influence product direction through research and data while creating high-quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and cross-platform interactive prototypes.
- Advocate for design by sharing work and presenting cross-functionally, clearly articulating design rationale.
- Inspire cross-functional partners by bringing new ideas to the table.
- Create a unified, end-to-end experience through close collaboration with Product and Marketing Design teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX, UI, HCI, or a related field, including web and mobile design.
- Experience working with lean teams of engineers, product managers, and program managers.
- Experience designing innovative desktop and mobile products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with user research methods and analysis.
- Expertise with Figma and other prototyping tools.
- Strong design craft.
- Ability to work effectively with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
