Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major enterprise enhancements, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Own hands-on development of critical, high-impact technical modules with clean, maintainable, high-performance code.
- Design and develop complex Oracle Fusion extensions, interfaces, customizations, and reports.
- Resolve P1/P2 operational incidents through root-cause analysis and permanent preventative fixes.
- Lead performance tuning for critical ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces in partnership with OIC/OPA developers.
- Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and quality gates for development work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles.
- 6+ years of hands-on implementation and technology support experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
- Proven experience designing, building, or architecting complex solutions within the Oracle Fusion framework.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion development tools including AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP, or PaaS extensions.
- Deep understanding of integration technology, including designing interfaces with OIC for shop floor and warehouse systems.
- Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in production.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with organizations transitioning to the Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with additional Oracle PaaS tools.
- Experience setting up or using CI/CD tools such as FlexDeploy.
- Experience with third-party software such as Avalara, Kyriba, or Zip.
- Exposure to the data center infrastructure industry.
- Oracle Cloud or other relevant product/functional certifications.
- Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
