Responsibilities

  • Own the product and business testing roadmap, including test setup, hypotheses, readouts, and coordination across multiple concurrent tests.
  • Manage analytics instrumentation, identifying and fixing missing or incorrect tracking.
  • Identify data-driven opportunities that inform product and business strategy.
  • Communicate insights and evangelize data across the organization.
  • Own and develop the data pipeline roadmap to improve visibility into user behavior and platform performance.
  • Facilitate collection and reporting of company KPIs and validate their accuracy.
  • Contribute data expertise to team planning and roadmapping.
  • Support industry and brand thought leadership through co-published and independent research and analysis.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing and researching product analytics, or a master's degree in statistics or a related field.
  • Experience in a CI/CD environment.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a roadmap.
  • Experience with A/B feature testing and price testing, such as conjoint analysis.
  • Ability to use AI tools to improve analytical productivity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to conduct qualitative UX research.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $140,000–$240,000.
