Responsibilities
- Own credit strategy end-to-end across advance, overdraft, and other credit products, creating policies that balance growth and risk.
- Analyze customer behavior across products, connecting segmentation and behavioral signals to uncover insights.
- Launch new credit products from scratch using first-principles thinking and limited data.
- Use AI-powered tools and techniques to accelerate analysis and develop and validate predictive insights.
- Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership and stakeholders to influence business direction.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional experience in credit analytics.
- Experience using quantitative analysis to drive business or product changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with consumer underwriting strategy and/or portfolio risk analytics.
- Advanced SQL and AI skills, with the ability to independently pull and analyze complex datasets.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear insights.
- Intellectual curiosity and a focus on understanding underlying causes.
- Ownership mentality and bias toward action.
