Responsibilities
- Own Spotify Taiwan's consumer marketing strategy, driving free user acquisition, engagement, and Premium consideration.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, out-of-home, experiential, and earned media.
- Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and major cultural moments.
- Localize global campaigns for Taiwanese audiences with genuine cultural relevance.
- Use audience insights, market intelligence, and campaign performance data to inform decisions and optimize effectiveness.
- Measure, analyze, and communicate campaign performance to regional leadership with clear recommendations.
- Lead Taiwan brand strategy in alignment with regional and global positioning.
- Partner with the Taiwan Music team on campaigns supporting local and global releases and create scalable frameworks for label partners.
- Manage the Taiwan marketing budget and prioritize high-impact investments.
- Build relationships with creative, media, production, and agency partners.
- Represent the Taiwan market in regional and global campaign strategy, creative development, and market-priority discussions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consumer or brand marketing, with experience leading initiatives in Taiwan.
- Deep knowledge of Taiwan's music, entertainment, and cultural landscape, including Mandopop, emerging artists, internet culture, and local media.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution with measurable business results.
- Experience creating or leading campaigns and social content that generated significant reach, engagement, or cultural conversation.
- Ability to use data and customer insights to develop business cases, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize investments.
- Experience managing agencies, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to create culturally relevant campaigns for Taiwanese audiences.
- Confident communication with senior stakeholders and ability to influence regional and global teams.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Experience in technology, media, entertainment, or another consumer-focused industry.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
