What You Will Work On
- Perform day-to-day operations for our 401(k) program as part of Justworks Financial Benefits Programs
- Resolve benefit inquiries/issues generated by Customer Success and Sales teams within the agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs)
- Triage incoming issues/inquiries to identify need for engineering intervention and escalate accordingly
- Work with third party vendors to resolve escalated issues - enrollment errors, plan set ups, document requests, etc.
- Resolve employee and employer level benefit requests such as; new enrollments, plan and amendment set ups, loan setups, etc.
- Assist senior team members in building out internal benefit resources (help articles, training decks, etc.)
- Develop creative solutions for new issues with assistance from supervisors using available resources and systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an operations, onboarding role or customer service related field
- Knowledge of Excel or equivalent required; SQL knowledge preferred
- Experience in 401(k) and knowledge of employer-sponsored benefit plans strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process-driven and technologically savvy
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience breaking down complex concepts to core details
Compensation
The base wage range for this position based inside the NYC-metro area is targeted at $32.22 to $39.19 per hour. The base wage range for this position based outside the NYC-metro area is targeted at $30.29 to $36.54 per hour. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
