Principal Product Manager, Finance Platform (Remote)

What You'll Do

• Define & Build: Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps to enhance and expand fintech capabilities including incoming and outgoing payment processing, invoicing, fraud management and tax compliance.
• Collaborate: Partner with finance, engineering and security teams to identify needs and develop robust solutions. Work directly with senior stakeholders, customers and partners.
• Organize & Prioritize: Own success of FinTech product portfolio by establishing near-term and long-term roadmaps focused on key metrics. Own partner integrations and optimization.
• Communicate Effectively: Explain unique concepts to diverse audiences and break down complex topics for stakeholders.
• Leadership: Serve as thought leader in fintech product innovations, identifying emerging technologies and improving scalability.

What You Have

• Product leadership: 10+ years of product experience leading Product Management and Development in Fintech and/or Payments. Proven success enabling top tier PSPs.
• Payments Experience: 8+ years in Fintech including B2C/B2B payments, CC payments, payouts, alternate payment methods, fraud management, tax, money movements, regulatory technology. Deep understanding of payment processing flow, tokenizations, refunds, disputes, reconciliations.
• Tax Solutions: Experience designing and implementing Tax Solutions via Internal or Partner.
• Compliance: Strong grasp of Compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, AML, OFAC, IRS.
• Insanely autonomous: Set audacious goals and direct own path.
• Agile & flexible: Manage risk, iterate, familiar with high growth operations.
• Data driven: Strong analytical skills, SQL, self-serve reports.

Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.

Compensation: National cash compensation range $181,000 - $240,000 per year.
