What You'll Do
- Lead Deployments: Architect and execute technical integrations for new healthcare partners, customizing platform to fit unique workflows and legacy systems.
- Bridge the Gap: Build robust data pipelines to securely ingest clinical data and synchronize with AI services.
- Communication Infrastructure: Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels for reliable patient engagement across telephony networks.
- Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into technical execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proven Engineering Experience: 5+ years experience shipping production-grade software in modern cloud environments. Comfortable across the stack (APIs, databases, infrastructure).
- Data & Security Fluency: Experience handling sensitive data with security-first mindset and familiarity with compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and translate ambiguous needs into requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Integration Expertise: Deep experience with data ingestion, API interoperability, and third-party integrations.
- AI/LLM Curiosity: Practical experience or interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.
