Responsibilities

  • Own US hiring end-to-end across GTM and product organizations, from senior leadership hires to AE, strategic/enterprise sales, technical sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing.
  • Operate as an AI-leveraged builder: ship automations, build dashboards, design AI-native workflows for hiring.
  • Run outbound-heavy operation: design targeting, build messaging, turn cold talent into pipeline.
  • Help build hx's US brand through events, employer branding, and candidate conversations.
  • Bring market intelligence on peers, comp, and GTM trends.

Requirements

  • Owned and delivered GTM hiring at high-growth SaaS, fintech, or AI company (leadership, enterprise sales, CS, solutions engineers, actuaries).
  • Built real US GTM network (long-term relationships, referrals).
  • Closed candidates with competing offers from top competitors or FAANG-equivalent comp.
  • Used ATS like Ashby/Greenhouse as builder (dashboards, automations, data-driven convos).
  • Operated in AI-leveraged talent function (AI workflows, automations, strong opinions).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in insurtech or specialist hires like actuarial talent.
