- Break complex problems into simple, shippable pieces
- Leverage AI tools to shorten feedback loops and increase iteration velocity
- Run multiple threads at once without losing quality
- Stay close to everything happening in your pod and connect the dots across it
- Hold a high bar for quality, no matter who the end customer is
- Look for ways to remove friction in how we build and ship
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or a combination of both
- Strong technical foundation (BA/BS in mathematics, technical, or analytical field)
- Want to understand how everything works, not just their piece of it

- Passion for AI tools, expressed through hands-on prototyping, building automations, side projects, and constant experimentation
- Comfortable stepping outside of their role when needed
- Strong instincts for product quality and user experience
- Communicate clearly and directly
- Can go deep with engineers and make decisions with them
