Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and day-to-day execution for the Cash Advance product and other Banking features.
  • Design and ship the next phase of Cash Advance as the product scales.
  • Understand customer pain points, define requirements, and ship features.
  • Apply quantitative rigor to user conversion, limit setting, repayment optimization, fee structures, and unit economics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with analytics, legal, engineering, design, risk, and servicing teams.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of relevant experience owning an overdraft, Cash Advance, or consumer lending product.
  • Comfortable working with product mechanics such as limits, repayment, and fees; full underwriting depth is not required.
  • Track record of operating independently with minimal ramp-up.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort collaborating with data and risk partners on unit economics.
  • Highly detail-oriented and effective in cross-functional environments.
  • Proactive builder and executor.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $160,000–$180,000.
