Own the roadmap and execution of a Cash Advance product within a Banking team, shaping lending mechanics, customer conversion, repayment, fees, and unit economics. Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and day-to-day execution for the Cash Advance product and other Banking features.
- Design and ship the next phase of Cash Advance as the product scales.
- Understand customer pain points, define requirements, and ship features.
- Apply quantitative rigor to user conversion, limit setting, repayment optimization, fee structures, and unit economics.
- Partner cross-functionally with analytics, legal, engineering, design, risk, and servicing teams.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of relevant experience owning an overdraft, Cash Advance, or consumer lending product.
- Comfortable working with product mechanics such as limits, repayment, and fees; full underwriting depth is not required.
- Track record of operating independently with minimal ramp-up.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort collaborating with data and risk partners on unit economics.
- Highly detail-oriented and effective in cross-functional environments.
- Proactive builder and executor.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $160,000–$180,000.
