Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision and roadmap for the Network Expansion team, focused on location growth and product outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary product liaison for the growth team; gather pipeline feedback and prioritize critical growth blockers.
  • Translate business goals and complex requirements into prioritized roadmaps and technical specifications.
  • Lead product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback.
  • Oversee product execution, roadmap grooming, and engineering cadences to support continuous delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end launches, including QA, testing, rollout, and adoption.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics related to reliability, scalability, and business growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, particularly in a high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or consumer product environment.
  • Understanding of how product decisions affect B2B sales pipelines, market expansion, and business cases.
  • Experience managing products in hyper-growth, high-volume, transaction-based environments.
  • Ability to prioritize high volumes of cross-functional requests and push back when appropriate.
  • Strong systems-thinking skills and comfort navigating high-ambiguity environments.
  • Ability to translate complex, cross-functional operational needs into clear product requirements.
  • Experience using AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data schemas, ETL processes, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience in full-stack product environments integrating software, hardware, and physical operational processes.

Compensation

  • Anticipated base salary: $160,000–$190,000 USD annually.
  • Additional compensation and benefits may include healthcare, 401(k), disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, and bonuses.
