Product Manager, Subscriptions
Own the development and growth of OnePay’s consumer subscription product from launch through post-launch optimization. The role requires 3–7 years of product management experience, subscription expertise, and a background in fintech or financial products.

Responsibilities
- Own the front-end user experience, including signup, account setup, and ongoing subscription management.
- Build and iterate on subscription management, engagement, and retention mechanics.
- Partner with Engineering to make informed product decisions and ensure effective execution.
- Lead development and testing milestones before external launch, then optimize post-launch conversion, targeting, and acquisition-channel expansion.
- Partner on go-to-market strategy across conversion, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Customer Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to launch clear, compliant, and operationally scalable experiences.
- Drive development, testing, and operational-readiness milestones.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally building consumer-facing products.
- Direct experience with subscription products, including acquisition, retention, and engagement mechanics.
- Background in fintech or financial products at scale.
- Track record of shipping autonomously at a startup or smaller-scale company.
- Strong product judgment and ability to balance customer experience, business impact, regulatory requirements, and technical complexity.
- Drive, proactivity, ownership, and initiative in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
