Responsibilities
- Evolve the core agent harness powering the flagship answer experience.
- Apply single-agent and multi-agent engineering paradigms to build agent systems for knowledge accumulation and question answering.
- Translate user needs and quantitative insights into improvements in agent orchestration, context management, performance, and reliability.
- Build observability and rigorous evaluation systems for reliable agents at global scale.
- Improve developer experience so failures are easy to reproduce and fix autonomously.
- Support training and evaluation of new models through production feedback loops.
Requirements
- 2+ years building and shipping large-scale AI systems and services with high reliability, availability, and performance.
- Strong software engineering practices, with attention to developer experience and future-proof system design.
- Proficiency with Python.
- Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Rust experience.
- Cloud infrastructure experience, including AWS and Kubernetes.
