About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineers to build features that feel intuitive while solving deeply technical problems
  • Own the roadmap for a core area of Fleet
  • Work with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features
  • Work with engineering to define scope, make technical tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features quickly
  • Help shape product strategy alongside founders and leadership team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management or engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications
  • Deeply technical — comfortable discussing API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues
  • Bias toward action — prefer shipping, learning, and iterating over building the perfect solution upfront
  • Strong written and verbal communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision

Nice to Have

  • Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background
  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company
