What You'll Do
Service line expansion. Define how we expand across the AI transformation lifecycle. Identify and prioritize where to build, partner, or acquire in each.
Partnerships. Build and scale our AI services through partnerships. Design and execute programs that turn partners into revenue-generating channels, including joint GTM motions, co-selling frameworks, and shared pipeline development.
M&A. Source and evaluate acquisition targets. Run diligence, structure deals, and drive execution. Own integration and ensure acquisitions translate into real capabilities.
What You Bring
- Operated at the intersection of commercial and technical — as a founder, investor, or operator
- Experience building relationships that turn into revenue, and closing deals
- Experience across the full M&A lifecycle, from sourcing through integration
- Sharp judgment on the AI landscape — ability to distinguish what's real vs. hype
- Build trust quickly with senior stakeholders; comfortable in a boardroom and rolling up sleeves to close deals
- High agency, low ego; comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
