What you’ll do
- Drive cross-functional technical programs in the Ads Monetization engineering space, working across multiple engineering teams.
- Partner with engineering leaders to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs, and risks.
- Bring projects to completion with real business impact.
- Dive into project details and provide technical judgment in planning and decision-making.
- Create and improve processes to make work repeatable, reduce organizational toil, and adopt standards.
- Mentor and lead others in developing organizational and project skills.
- Bring order to chaotic programs and leave teams in a stronger organizational position.
Requirements
- 8+ years of collective experience in engineering and program management roles, with at least 4 years focused on digital ads platforms or ads monetization.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Team player with ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, curious, creative problem solver.
- Pragmatic with an iterative approach to processes and systems.
- Technical depth and judgment.
