Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team focused on partner acquisition and business development.
- Identify industries, companies, and facilities suitable for Egocentric Camera deployment.
- Build relationships with companies and operators to secure data collection opportunities.
- Develop and manage distributor and channel partnerships.
- Negotiate partnership structures, commercial terms, and deployment arrangements.
- Manage existing B2B partner relationships and ensure successful ongoing operations.
- Develop channels and strategies to scale the data collection network across Indonesia.
- Track partnership pipeline, team performance, and growth metrics.
- Collaborate with operations and headquarters teams to turn partnerships into successful deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or growth, preferably in B2B.
- Experience managing a team and building partnerships from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian business environment and B2B ecosystem.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, approach companies, negotiate, and close partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and internationally when required.
Nice-to-Haves
- Mandarin or Chinese language proficiency.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach and comfort with ambiguity.
