Responsibilities
- Scale and mature platform to handle entire mortgage market.
- Work across entire codebase with primary focus on platform scaling.
- Help set guidelines and frameworks for engineering organization, including technical tooling and organizational growth.
Requirements
- Deep experience scaling distributed systems with complex data dependencies.
- Performance engineering experience in: AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL (or similar relational database), Redis, Elasticsearch.
- Strong proficiency with C# or other statically typed languages such as Kotlin, Go, or Java.
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Comfortable in early-stage startup environment with occasional extra hours for mission-critical work.
