Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and targets are achieved.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including Acquisition, Implementation, Audit, Annotation, Engineering/Product, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Track project performance and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders and maintain accountability throughout project execution.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across projects.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support strategic initiatives, including system improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and execution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree from a leading overseas university, particularly in the United States.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional operational or technology-related projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Mandarin proficiency.
