About the role
Demand Generation Strategy and Management
Collaborate with GTM teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Ops) to develop and execute demand generation strategies for General Counsels, Chief Compliance Officers, and Heads of Legal at enterprise PE and VC firms.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts for seamless campaign execution, using insights from product, sales, and customer teams to optimize targeting and messaging.
Develop annual and quarterly multichannel demand gen plans with clear goals, resource allocation, and KPIs.
Test creative tactics iteratively within budget and timing constraints, adjusting based on performance data to maximize pipeline and conversion.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure responsive communication for alignment on lead generation and conversion.
Marketing Communications and Enablement
Partner with sales, product, and customer advisory teams to understand decision journeys, pain points, and needs of target audiences to inform content and campaigns.
Collaborate with content and customer marketing on mid- to bottom-funnel assets such as case studies, product guides, customer success stories, webinars, solution briefs, and nurture emails.
Share impactful customer stories and pipeline insights to demonstrate value and replicate successful tactics.
Work with web, performance marketing, and digital teams to optimize landing pages, digital content, and conversion points.
Activate content on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other networks with social and content marketing teams.
Evolve messaging and positioning with product marketing for new features and solutions.
Coordinate with communications and PR for consistent storytelling on news, campaigns, launches, and thought leadership.
Articulate Carta Law's value as an AI-native legal services platform emphasizing speed, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Events and Field Marketing
Partner with Events team on geo-targeted campaigns and networking in key hubs (e.g., New York, San Francisco, London), aligning content and speakers to target interests.
Recruit industry voices and executives for speaking engagements to build thought leadership.
Drive event promotion, registration, follow-up, and nurturing to accelerate pipeline and convert interest into sales opportunities.
Requirements
Exceptional relationship management with internal stakeholders and executive leaders across GTM teams.
Maturity and strategic acumen to drive high-impact demand gen programs for sophisticated GC audiences while aligning cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of modern marketing functions (digital, field, ABM, content, events, lifecycle) and ability to influence resources and priorities.
Strong track record designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel, data-driven campaigns that create pipeline and accelerate revenue, ideally in complex B2B, SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
Expertise collaborating with revenue teams and influencing senior leaders.
Outstanding communication, project management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
BA required.
6+ years’ experience in GTM, demand generation, field marketing, or ABM roles, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
Experience marketing to institutional investors, GCs, or financial stakeholders highly desirable.
Leads paid acquisition strategy and execution across insurance lead-gen channels like Tivly, Bold Penguin, Google, and Meta. Optimizes campaigns in real-time with GTM data, balances demand with sales capacity, and scales new channels to drive revenue in insurtech startup.
