Responsibilities
Own business development at Higharc by generating qualified leads and opportunities across builders, partners, and industry influencers.
Build trusted relationships and a repeatable referral engine across the homebuilding ecosystem.
Design and lead high-impact experiences, including builder and partner happy hours, roundtables, webinars, roadshows, and co-hosted content.
Identify key partners and influencers, co-create campaigns, and activate strategic demand-generation plays.
Track industry relationships and connect relevant people, problems, and opportunities.
Hand off well-qualified, well-contextualized leads to Sales.
Partner with Growth Marketing on co-branded content and event strategy.
Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success to turn customers into references and champions.
Own business development results and continuously refine the approach.
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or go-to-market roles focused on high-value B2B relationships.
Strong ownership and the ability to operate independently and drive results.
Excellent storytelling, listening, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Ability to identify and activate partner leverage to generate pipeline.
Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Willingness to travel to relevant events and markets.
