Responsibilities
Scientific Communications & External Leadership
Lead writing and publishing peer-reviewed papers, white papers, and clinical data presentations.
Represent Click at external scientific, medical, and industry conferences.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and academic researchers.
Translate complex clinical data and evidence-based medicine into compelling scientific narratives and actionable insights for external audiences.
Business Development Enablement & Strategic Growth
Provide scientific and medical credibility to business development efforts.
Partner with commercial and business development teams to evaluate opportunities, conduct scientific diligence, and create proposals for partners.
Serve as the scientific representative for existing and emerging partnerships.
Liaise between external stakeholders and internal R&D and product teams.
Cross-Functional Product Support
Provide hands-on scientific and medical leadership across digital therapeutic products and pipeline assets.
Work with product, clinical, and regulatory teams to align product development with current clinical evidence and market access requirements in a regulated environment.
Operate flexibly and action-orientedly in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
MD, PhD, PsyD, PharmD, or another doctoral/professional degree.
Deep expertise in a CNS discipline such as psychiatry, neurology, or psychology.
Experience with evidence-based nonpharmacological or biobehavioral treatment.
5+ years of experience in life sciences, digital health, or the pharmaceutical industry within a regulated space.
Established record of and willingness to write, publish, and speak externally.
Exceptional ability to translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into business opportunities and accessible language for diverse audiences.
Flexibility, adaptability, and an action-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
