Partner cross-functionally with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Specialty Sales to ensure seamless partner onboarding and integration.
Shape Coinbase's payments product roadmap by advocating for partner needs and surfacing market insights from the field.
Required Skills and Experience
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships at a PSP, fintech, bank, or crypto company, with demonstrated ability to originate and close deals.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal processes from inception through close, including navigating legal, compliance, and technical workstreams.
Demonstrated understanding of the payments ecosystem (stablecoins, cross-border payments, card networks, or payment rails) and ability to translate this into client-facing product recommendations.
Ability to communicate complex technical and crypto concepts to executive-level audiences clearly and persuasively, with evidence of building trust at the C-suite level.
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Source and qualify new partnership prospects through outbound prospecting across brokers, accountants, HR consultants, and tech partners. Requires 1-3+ years in SDR, BD, or partner sourcing roles with strong Salesforce and communication skills.
