Responsibilities
Own strategy and execution for Column's highest-stakes internal and external moments — customer-facing events, company offsites, board meetings, brand activations, and conference presence.
Partner with Workplace Experience Manager to build employee engagement programming that reflects and reinforces Column's culture.
Run the full production stack: vendor sourcing, venue selection, creative direction, communications, budget management, and day-of execution.
Work with GTM to develop event strategies that generate pipeline and deepen relationships with key business contacts.
Be on the ground at high-priority events — present, adaptable, and always three steps ahead.
Contribute to broader marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activation roles—ideally at a high-growth startup or creative agency.
Demonstrated success executing high-profile, detail-rich events under tight timelines.
Outstanding project management skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and eye for brand cohesion.
Scrappy, resourceful, and humble—you’re just as comfortable building a strategy deck as you are taping down cables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort interfacing with executives and VIPs.
Willingness to travel and adapt on the fly.
Compensation
Annual US base salary range: $160,000 - $200,000 + equity.
