About the role

Responsibilities

Integration Depth & Documentation

  • Become the definitive expert on the concierge platform end to end, including APIs, agent tooling, and configuration layers controlling tools, prompts, and knowledge.
  • Trace conversations across in-app chat, web and mobile SDKs, SMS, iMessage, email, and voice to identify where and why issues occur.
  • Own configuration guides, FAQs, and flow diagrams that enable internal teams and partners to self-serve integrations.
  • Present complex integration concepts clearly to peer teams, executive leadership, and external partners.

Quality & Release Confidence

  • Partner with Product and Engineering on ticket documentation, test plans, and end-to-end validation in test environments.
  • Run functional and visual QA, testing edge cases beyond the happy path.
  • Monitor data and agent behavior after deployment and resolve discrepancies between specifications and shipped functionality.

Production Troubleshooting

  • Triage production issues, assess urgency and escalation, coordinate across teams, document bugs, and drive issues through resolution.
  • Identify root causes across technical, operational, and business processes.
  • Write ad hoc queries and reports to validate system behavior and take solutions from scoping through implementation.

Internal Partner Enablement

  • Serve as the knowledgeable first point of contact for cross-team integration requests.
  • Build an intake process that supports partner requests without derailing roadmap work.
  • Turn recurring one-off requests into scalable implementation patterns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical integrations, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical program/product roles.
  • Deep familiarity with APIs, event-driven systems, and complex multi-service integrations.
  • Ability to explain technical systems clearly to engineers and executives.
  • Ability to map complex workflows and identify root causes across technical, operational, and business processes.
  • Base knowledge of SQL and proficiency using AI tools to validate information and resolve integration issues.
  • Track record of troubleshooting production issues and driving cross-team solutions to completion.
  • Strong product sense and attention to user experience during QA.
  • Comfort moving between technical implementation, product strategy, and executive stakeholder discussions.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with AI, LLM, conversational systems, or related products.
  • GCP familiarity and understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Background in loyalty, rewards, hospitality, fintech, travel, or partner-driven ecosystems.
