Responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems enabling research and engineering teams to iteratively develop, test, and deploy features reliably with high velocity and low friction.
- Oversee and drive vision for building, testing, and deploying software.
- Design continuous integration pipelines, testing infrastructure, and provide training/support for the build system.
- Take ownership of Python, Rust, and C++ environments to create state-of-the-art development experience for research.
- Provide tools and metrics to support fast-paced culture, ensuring stable, scalable platform and seamless experience.
Requirements
- Experience supporting large monorepo development and deployment.
- Proficient Python programmer in large monorepos.
- Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experienced in CI/CD.
Preferred
- Strong focus on development experience for engineers and scientists.
