About the role
Responsibilities
Design and build solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, LWC, and Flows
Collaborate directly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to translate business problems into maintainable, production-grade solutions
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems using Celigo, REST/SOAP APIs, Java, or SuiteScript
Identify and implement AI-driven automations to reduce manual work and improve data quality
Support data flow and business logic between CRM and ERP systems
Collaborate with the data team on BigQuery and dbt to ensure accurate business logic in reporting
Audit and reduce technical debt; convert legacy code to declarative solutions where practical
Manage releases, version control (Git), and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
5+ years of development experience in a Business Operations or Systems Engineering environment
Strong Salesforce skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flows
Solid Java background (Apex experience expected)
Experience with middleware and API integrations (REST/SOAP); Celigo experience is a plus
Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams and understanding of sales organization operations
Clear, confident English communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Nice-to-Haves
NetSuite experience or strong motivation to learn quickly
JavaScript and/or SuiteScript experience
Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into business workflows
Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or dbt
Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure
