Owns product strategy and roadmap for Integrity controls in sensitive deployments like government and high-risk enterprise contexts. Builds agentic workflows, metrics, and playbooks partnering with policy, safety, and product teams to ensure safe AI deployment.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for sensitive deployment Integrity controls and readiness criteria.
- Define how we measure residual risk, decision quality, review quality, and mitigation effectiveness.
- Build agentic investigation and context-assembly workflows for complex, multi-step misuse patterns.
- Partner with Policy, Legal, Privacy, Safety Systems, User Ops, Government, and product teams to build shared capabilities.
- Create launch and deployment playbooks for sensitive customer, capability, and product contexts.
Requirements
- Have shipped complex product systems in AI, integrity, trust and safety, security, privacy, risk, government, regulated enterprise, or AI safety.
- Can turn ambiguous policy and threat-model questions into product requirements, metrics, operational workflows, and tradeoff frameworks.
- Are energized by agentic AI products and want to build the platform layer that makes them safer to deploy.
- Care about security, privacy, and responsible deployment, while still wanting to build concrete product systems.
